Upon account termination, you forfeit access to all tko69 services and any remaining account balance if the termination resulted from your violation of these terms. If termination was initiated by you or by us for reasons other than your misconduct, your remaining balance will be returned after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. tko69 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 on inactive accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before any fees are assessed.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of tko69 services, you must first contact our customer support team who will attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If your dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint detailing the nature of your grievance, relevant account information, and desired resolution. We will investigate your complaint and respond within 14 business days.
tko69's decision on any dispute is final and binding. By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to take legal action against tko69 except as required by Indonesian law. You agree that any disputes will be resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction.
Any claim or dispute must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be considered.
